Andy Murray became first British player to win Grand slam men's singles tennis title for 76 years by defeating Serbia's Novak Djokovic for almost five hours.
After the winning Murray made his way to his family, friends and spectators he didn't approached for a positive thought from his loved ones but he was finding his wrist watch.
He called out to his girlfriend Kim Sears, 'Have you got my watch? I don't have my watch.'
Three months ago he was announced as the ambassador of the Rado watchmakers and a reportedly sponsorship of seven-figure sum with Andy.
Luckily he found it and wear the expensive Rado to please the sponsors. His victory crowned a golden summer of sports in Britain.
Murray won the first set 7-6 on a tie break before he added the second 7-5. But then Djokovic roared back to win the third 2-6 and the fourth 3-6. Murray then recovered to win the final set 6-2.
Last male Britain to win was , who won same event in 1936. But today Murray becomes the first male British Grand Slam winner who is seven days older than the opponent.
