Waves Of The Satin Sea (poem)

Softly she calls me to her satin sea

And just for a time leave this world behind

To share adventure there with her we’ll find

She stretch out her hand and sighed follow me

And wave after wave awaited me there

An ocean so vast I couldn’t conceive

Whose motions caused tides I’d barely believe

What was our heading I wasn’t aware

Then billowing torrents began to stream

We must now press on we cannot turn back

And search for the last bit of strength we lack

Till all of this is silenced by a scream

As darkness on the starry eyed descend

This satin sea adventure comes to end
