Interview with Joey Votto

Cincinnati Ohio.Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto returned to the Cincinnati Reds team on Tuesday after he had been on the disabled list for knee surgery in July.

Votto did not play on Tuesday but will return to his first base position on Wednesday.

Cincinnati Reds manager Dusty Baker will have to decide how long Votto plays on the field since Votto's replacement Todd Frazier has been playing pretty good as Votto's subsitute.

Votto admitted he is in the best of health after his recovery from the surgery to his knee.

Votto will be in the Reds lineup on Wednesday as the first baseman while Frazier will be playing at third base. Regular third baseman Scott Rolen will be on the bench as the Cincinnati Reds host the Philadelphia Phillies.
