Heavy explosion rocked in one the biggest oil refinery in venzuela resulting 39 peoples were died including a child 10 years old and many injured also, The president Hugo Chavez declared three days mourning. The oil catches the fire after blast and explosion shattered walls of nearby shops, ripped out windows from homes. Official forces and rescue teams took the control of surrounding areas and started relief work, dead bodies & injured persons were brought in nearby hospital. Venezuela voice president said that thirty-nine peoples were died by the explosion and many peoples injured also, the president declared three days mourning , further the route cause of explosion were found due to leakage in gas.
