Exercise each day even in only 5 minutes. Reduce your food intake or diet. If you cannot reduce your eating or change your eating habits at least do exercise. Read articles about healthy food and exercise book. Schedule your to do list daily and give time to exercise when you cannot alter your eating habits. Drink a lot of water. Exercise will make your day and life healthy as well as meditation and prayer.

Ponder about it and make time for it.
