Condolence book signing for Robredo

The Philippine Embassy in Ankara received members from the Filipino Communities in Ankara and Istanbul who expressed their condolences to the bereaved family of the late Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse M. Robredo.

The Ambassadors of Vietnam, Peru, Argentina, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovia, Congo, Djibouti, as well as Deputy Chiefs of Missions and other Diplomatic Officials from the State of Kuwait, Morocco, Indonesia, Egypt, Switzerland, Vatican, Ethiopia, Malaysia, Palestine, Mexico, Mauritania, Brazil, India, Azerbaijan, came to the Embassy and signed the Condolence Book which shall be transmitted to the family of the late DILG Secretary.

Philippine Ambassador Marilyn J. Alarilla, Embassy Officers and Staff and members of the entire Filipino community in Ankara offered a mass for the late DILG Secretary at Meryem Ana Church in Ankara last August 26.

The Philippine flag was flown at half-mast from 21 to 28 August 2012.


FILIPINOS IN MILAN CONDOLE WITH ROBREDO FAMILY

03 September 2012- The Philippine Consulate General in Milan set up a condolence book for Filipinos who wished to express their sympathies to the family of the late Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse M. Robredo.

Applicants who came to the Philippine Consulate took the opportunity to sign the condolence book at the lobby last August 28.
