"58 Rwandan soldiers including 14 children are now at DDRRR camp of UN mission in Goma", said yesterday Patrick Garba, team leader of DDRRR unity of Monusco in Goma, capital of North-Kivu province.

He announced that on July 29, 2012, the UN mission has attempted to repatriate them to their country, but Paul Kagame, Rwandan president, said that he didn't recognize them as Rwandan.

The team leader of DDRRR of UN mission in Goma said also that there is an evolution on the side of Kigali because in an interview in a media, James Kabarebe, the chief of Rwandan army said that "the 58 soldiers are Rwandan Hutu who where repatriated to Rwandan from the DRC and returned to fight in DRC".

The 58 Rwandan soldiers were among the rebels of Movement 23 who control now a few part of Rutshuru territory.
