Some aspect of Lagos traffic law looks draconian - Analyst pt.2
A public Affair analyst; Paul Utho has commended the Lagos State Government for taking this step in the right direction on the recent Lagos traffic laws passed into law to guide motorists in Lagos but in his opinion some of the traffic laws look draconian, too stiff. Mr. Paul said the issue at hand now is not making the laws but making the laws and not carrying the stakeholders along in the country with democratic setting.
