Graphic video shows moment police gunned down Empire State shooter

NYPD released Surveillance Video

The New York Police Department (NYPD) revealed silent shocking video on Saturday , August 25 showing the moment police gunned down Jeffrey Johnson, 58, who shot dead his ex-boss Steven Ercolino, 41, on Friday in front of Empire State Building, one of the busiest places in New York.

The graphic video shows Jeffrey Johnson , former fashion designer , wearing a grey suit and carrying a black bag , the footage also shows , the 58 years old, pulled his 45-caliber pistol and aimed it at the officers , then police responds by a hail of gunfire.

A Witness told ABC News that he watched about 12 people hit by bullets "I heard multiple gunshots, I'd say about 12 of them,"

"I thought they were firecrackers, at first. I didn't know what was going on. Everyone started running for cover along with me. The girl that was running next to me fell down to the pavement and, when I looked at her, I could see she had been hit in the leg. She was bleeding from the leg.

They are charging the man
without investigating why he did
that thing in his 58th year,
the reason must be solid behind this.
