The 65-year-old actress, who graced both small and big screens years ago, was also among those people who made the decision; to change the way they look; through Cosmetic Surgery.
Honoured with an Oscar for the performance of life time in Dead Man Walking, ex-wife of Chris Sarandon revealed that it was more than a decade ago when she went under the knives. However, she further added that newer treatments such as Botox; may not tempt her to undergo cosmetic surgery again.
While talking to Larry King, she confessed it literally scares her to have Botox in order to smooth out the wrinkles she has developed over the years. She explained the injections may limit the way she moves (or can) move her face while acting. Pointing to her neck, the well-known showbiz personality said something was sucked out from this area during the surgery she had about ten years or so ago.
She also admitted however, that the appearance she currently has; is result of the same surgery. She was not shy to say that even the thought of injections like Botox make her feel scared. On the other hand, Susan said that one major factor that may have helped her retain amazingly youthful appearance, even at this age, must be; that she does not smoke!
