At Gamescom 2012, Call of Duty Black Ops 2 developer Treyarch offered four playable multiplayer maps in a form of Youtube videos series above but if you happen to be in the trade fair event site in Cologne, Germany, gamer fans will be able to play Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Hands-On on four multiplayer maps throughout this weekend. The four Multiplayer Maps are Aftermath, Countdown, Turbine, and Yemen. Each map featured different gameplay elements that opened up multiplayer strategies.
The upcoming first-person shooter video game Call of Duty: Black Ops II has gain a lot of hype among the gaming world community with it's tid-bits of leaks and spoiler release by Activision. The newest installment in the franchise promised that the first game in the Call of Duty franchise to have a completely futuristic setting and feature future warfare technology which features "meaningful innovation" for the series.
The new information being revelaed about the multiplayer experience for Call of Duty: Black Ops II as read in the blog, “Coming off Black Ops the team was energized and they thrived on the creative freedom of exploring a new time period of 2025 with new weapons and vehicles and how that translated to gameplay, especially with the multiplayer experience,” said Mark Lamia, Treyarch Studio Head. “Drones, robotics, and artificial intelligence all play a vital role in warfare, and provide powerful combinations of power in multiplayer. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is the most ambitious and best multiplayer game we’ve ever made. The team is building off the success of Black Ops, but challenging the fundamentals of gameplay.”
