The mystery continues regarding the seven missing Olympic athletes from Cameroon. They simply vanished from the Olympic Village in London nearly a week ago. With them went $5,000 in bonus money, some new sports equipment and all of their passports. The missing athletes include five boxers, one swimmer and the backup goalie for the women's soccer team. It's been rumored that the seven athletes intend to seek asylum in Great Britain. They all have visas which allow them to remain legally in the country until November. The British Home Office would not comment on whether or not any of the athletes had requested asylum. It's the second time during the London Games that athletes have disappeared from Olympic Village. Before the opening ceremonies three athletes from Sudan disappeared. One of them has already requested asylum.
