USA Wins Silver Medal In Racial Profiling

The USA barely lost out to Great Britain in racial profiling because no other country is as blatant as the UK. However, the way Americans racially profile is so subtle that local law enforcement agencies have fudged statistics so that they will never lose in court if a discrimination lawsuit is ever presented against them.

All of the local authorities use a computer system known as the Law Enforcement Agency Data System (LEADS). Every physical attribute on every US citizen is stored into this database, such as gender, race, height, weight, and age.

The bug that is created in their system is rather hilarious. For race, anyone who is African-American is listed with the code B for Black. All other races like Caucasian, Asian, Latino, Arab, and Native American, are listed with the code W for White.

For racial profiling purposes, all traffic stops are monitored so that Black people are not unfairly targeted. However, those statistics are skewed because the police can even the stats out by just pulling over Blacks and Latinos on traffic stops. For this subtle attack, the USA wins the silver medal in racial profiling.

I don't know about this racial profiling. What I know is racial categorization. The same definition I believe?

It's the same. The categorization allows for the profiling to continue.
