Damage electricity polls are still waiting for the Repair in Peshawar.

Peshawar, Pesco (Peshawar electric supply company) didn’t complete the Repair work of the two destroyed electric polls which target by militants eight months back. The polls supply electricity to different areas of the Peshawar from Turbela Dams.

Militants from banned organization Lashker Islam kidnapped three Employees of Pesco along with eleven other labors Eight Months, which was on duty to Repair the High power electricity polls. One of the main electricity Pole is 500 KV lines which still wait for Repair

According to Pesco Source the department demands for extra security during the Repair work of the two electricity towers. Because they worried from militants again attack on them and kidnapped their employees. The damage towers are in the area of Sorezai police station BadBher.

Pesco employees and eleven other labors still are missing; militants demand for rent some and provincial government of the Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa didn’t recover these people. The Peshawar high court also takes action for the recovery of the Pesco Kidnapped employees and sent notice to the police and security forces in the recovery of these people

The Pesco Repair department sent letters to chief secretary for the security also demand from police to give the extra security to the employees but still no one take action and the Repair work still pending. Pesco source confirmed that 500 KV electricity line gives electricity to different areas of the Peshawar, which is still damaged, that’s why extra load shedding occur in the affected area.
