Pussy Riot: Madonna supports punk trio at concert in Russia

During a concert held in Moscow Olympic Hall, the singer Madonna ignited controversy by calling for the release of the three members of the punk rock band Pussy Russian Riot, whom they judge to sing in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Not to be disrespectful or the Church or the government, but these three girls, Masha and Katya Nadia, have already paid for what they did. I pray for their freedom. Deserve the right to be free," said Madonna during her action in the context of her world tour MDNA, .

Then, the singer stripped to stay in her underwear, put on a mask similar to that used in their performances Riot Pussy anti government and turned to show the public his back with the group's name engraved on your skin.
