Katy Perry, John Mayer are dating

According to latest reports, Katy Perry and John Mayer have been seen together on more than one occasion.

It seems as if romance is in the air for singer Katy Perry and John Mayer, who are rumored to be dating each other these days. Even though Mayer has quite a bad reputation when it comes to dating women, it did not apparently deter Perry from getting close to him. The pair was seen getting affectionate towards each other during a pool party on Saturday at a home in Hollywood Hills.

This is not the first time that both of them have been spotted out together. In fact, just last Wednesday, both of them enjoyed quite a hot dinner date at the Chateau Marmont.

On Saturday, it seemed as if both Katy Perry and John Mayer were not bothered who was watching them. In fact, their PDA was quite hot and heavy and they were not bothered about hiding it.

"They were all over each other in the pool and were not being shy about it," an eyewitness told wonderwall.com. "Katy had her legs wrapped around John in the water, and they were making out in front of everyone." The sources concluded by saying that both of them were clearly an item.

A day after the pool-side party make-out session, Katy Perry was pictured by the paparazzi entering the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hill just a few minutes after John Mayer had gone in. This clearly showed that both of them are indeed a couple these days and that things are going on pretty fast between them.

Even after last Wednesday's date, Perry was dropped off at her apartment the morning after in Mayer's Ferrari. During the date at the Chateau, Perry and Mayer were spied “holding hands across the table” and locking lips during the date. It seems that the couple has been seeing each other for quite some time now, but they only caught the media's attention as they reportedly rendezvoused at Soho House two weeks earlier.

Katy Perry recently got a divorce from Russell Brand and apparently she was quite relieved after this divorce. John Mayer, on the other hand, is known to be a playboy and has dated other celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Simpson.
