YESTERDAY WHEN I WAS YOUNG - JULIO IGLESIAS

Her beauty is the light that sparks the day

He is the dream I had again last night

She walks along my pathways of delight

And if he said hello what would I say

To hold her hands a crazy thought you’re right

And if he kissed me fancies set astray

If I said hi would I be cast away

Another dream would wither far from sight

How cruel and foolish insecurity

Two lovers lost and floating in the wind

With one common thought that was shared by two

There somewhere in time together they’d be

And so much had passed as they sweetly grinned

Remember those days I loved only you
