KESC conduct long hours load shedding in Holy Month of Ramzan
I want to question with KESC – CEO and higher management what reasons KESC conduct long hours load shedding in the holy month of Ramzan, before the beginning of Ramzan KESC claim their will no load shedding.
More interesting to share on Saturday 4 Aug, 2012 load shedding starts from 8.30 PM and last upto next day Sunday Aug 5, 12 last up to 10 AM, never realized those who have no UPS or Generator those people will manage for Sehri, Which is painful and hurting session millions KESC consumer faced.
But again today morning Monday Aug 6, 12 again no KESC in Sheri and last power supply come to 7.30 AM in morning, which KESC started to give torture in the name of load shedding where it is the peak time for fasters during Sehri ANY special reasons.
Today I read in newspaper regret from KESC and apology from all customers but what reasons twice face load shedding and no electricity during Sehri, the question is who is responsible and why we consumers suffers.
KESC charging the highest rate of power traffic on return very poor services, never timely attend or reply complain but no higher authority keep check and balance system that is why KESC management become worsen day by day and consumers suffers at last.
KESC ever realized if no power supply how people can stay so long hours specially elderly, womens, kids and infants which means KESC understanding that they are giving electricity to ANIMAL not human being no matter power supply will available or not but you have to pay the higher power traffic bill, Kindly change this negative attitude and question those who are responsible for this problem, make in future such.
More painful KESC do load shedding but most of time conducting without un-schedule, which means load shedding by KESC management or staff not according to pre-schedule. KESC tell how you punished the ill-legal consumers?
Thanking You
Yours faithfully
