It seems the gang kept flying in and out of Sydney and has apparently lifted jewelry of value of nearly $3-million from seven daring robberies.
They used to target traders who used to come from out of town to the jewelry shops to dispose off their goods and maintain close watch on their movements – they even followed their targets to their hotel rooms from where they stole the gems and jewelry.
One of their victims was from Melbourne and two were from Hong Kong
The gang used to dispatch the loot through various means out of Australia by using postal and courier services.
