Miami Dolphins Wide Receiver, Chad Johnson Arrested For Domestic Violence

Davie Florida. The Miami Dolphins management have reached an agreement with their first round draft pick quarterback Ryan Tannehill on Saturday. Terms of the contract were not revealed to the public.

Tannehill missed the first two days of training camp because his agent Pat Dye Jr and him were working on a contact deal with the Miami Dolphins.

Tannehill was the eighth pick overall in the 2012 National Football League (NFL) Draft out of Texas A & M University. Tannehill is the first quarterback drafted by the Miami Dolphins in the first round since they drafted quarterback Dan Marino out of the University of Pittsburgh in 1983.

Tannehill will be competing for the starting quarterback job with starter Matt Moore and David Garrard during training camp.

Tannehill was a wide receiver for the first tow years at Texas A & M before he became a quarterback in his junior year. His coach at Texas A & M is his current offensive coordinator Mike Sherman.
