Quincy Township Pennsylvania. Police report Kevin Matthew Cleeves was trying to talk to his wife Friday to make arrangements to pick up his four year old daughter Leia but when he was unable to talk to his wife he allegedly shot three people to death and fled with his daughter to Austintown Ohio about 250 miles away before authorities found them Saturday.
The Waynesboro Record Herald newspaper reports a police report says Cleeves saw a woman sitting inside an automobile with a man and another woman when Cleeves began to argue with them before he was told to leave. Cleeves allegedly shot to them to death in Quicy Townnship Pennsylvania.
State trooper Adam Reed said an Amber alert was issued to locate Cleeves and his daughter for a few hours until they found in Ohio near the city of Youngstown on Saturday. The Amber alert said Cleeves is considered armed and dangerous.
Reed did not release the names of the shooting victims or their relationships to Cleeves. It is unclear if Cleeves has hired an attorney.
