Michael Jackson's 82 year old mother Katherine is out and Tito's son TJ is in as a temporary guardian of MJ's three children. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said that Katherine "may be prevented from acting as a guardian because of the acts of third parties." Mrs. Jackson's own attorney, Sandra Ribera says, "we have reason to believe that Mrs. Jackson has been held against her will." Judge Beckloff also ordered that "the children may not be removed from California without a court order by any person." He also ordered that Diana Ross, who Michael Jackson had named as a backup guardian, and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of two of the children, be made aware of the situation.

The drama all began when Katherine Jackson left her home on July 15 and left TJ Jackson, the 34 year old son of Tito, in charge. The trouble was Katherine did not come home and a missing persons report was filed. With Katherine still not heard from by Monday, Janet Jackson along with brothers Randy and Jermaine, showed up and attempted to persuade Paris and Prince to leave with them. The kids resisted and a scuffle ensued with Trent Jackson who has been working for Katherine. Still following? That's good because I'm not so sure that I am.

On Tuesday night, after being out of touch for nine days, Katherine called home. She spoke with TJ who said, "I've never heard my grandmother talk like that. She wasn't sharp. Her words were slurred...her choice of vocabulary. I never heard her use these phrases". Meanwhile a Los Angeles County Sheriff's investigation closed the missing persons case saying that Katherine Jackson was safe and sound in Arizona. Jermaine Jackson has said that his mother was never missing and was resting as per her doctors orders. Meanwhile Paris has been tweeting that her grandmother was being kept away from her.

Now everyone is left to wonder what is going on with this family? Is it all about the money? The family made gazillions of dollars and one would think that there certainly should be enough to go around. Stay tuned...I fear that we may be seeing another reality show on the horizon.
