Kristen Stewart: “I’m deeply sorry” for cheating on Robert Pattinson

Just a few days after the Hollywood power couple moved together into their L.A house while rumors of their soon to happen marriage were flying around, Kristen Stewart was caught red handed cheating on her boyfriend of three years, Robert Pattinson, with the director of “Snow White and the Huntsman”, Rupert Sanders. The actress immediately released a statement telling how sorry she was for what had happened.

"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected," says the unexpectedly straight forward and passionate Stewart, according to a report by People). "This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

A source told the magazine that the 22 year old actress is”absolutely devastated”, calling her infidelity a mistake and a complete lack of judgment. "She wasn't having an affair with Rupert. It was just a fleeting moment that shouldn't have happened," explains the insider. "She never meant to hurt anyone. She's a good person who just made a bad choice."

Not so long ago, Stewart told Elle magazine that her life has become very boring and she wants someone “to bleep her over”. Well Stewart’s wish has come true but not exactly the way she wanted.

According to US Weekly, there is photographic evidence of Stewart’s “marathon make out session” with Sanders, who is not only double her age but is also married man and has two kids. According to one photographer, the two of them seemed like “they couldn’t get enough”. The discovery is undoubtedly a heartbreaking one and at this point it’s difficult to say if things will continue to be the same for the Twilight Saga duo because Pattinson is still silent over the issue.

The same is not the case with Sanders, 41, "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," the filmmaker tells People, as soon as the news broke out and took over the internet like wild fire. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
