Difference between saying and doing is a trick the Pakistani Leaders use. Everyone knows Punjab is a police state and a state of Qabza Groups (criminals/looters). Many have left Punjab in the last 50-60 years and more looking for an opportunity to leave Punjab to find a place to live at another end of the world. Punjabi Qabza Mafia (criminals/looters) belongs to establishment and politicians hiding under Punjab Government will never let Punjabi people live in peace. Pakistan is on a verge of an interior war and the question is when. No one of the present Pakistani leaders is able to control the situation in Pakistan. The only thing they can do is to camouflage by using big words and putting people in dark.
