If we talk about the structure of United Nations, it is based around its charter and the charter is known to establish six parts of the UN including the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council, the International Court of Justice, and the Secretariat.

Through this article, we will come to know more about the human rights of United Nations that one can come to know through Canada MUN conference. Check out the following points.

Human rights principles are developed to make sure the dignity of every people is equally and properly respected. In other words, the principles are meant to ensure that a human being can easily develop and use the qualities like talent, intelligence and conscience in order to satisfy spiritual or other needs properly. A sense of worth and value is given by taking care of one’s dignity. And it is the sense of dignity that makes one to feel and understand the importance and worth of each other.

Another useful principle of UN human rights is to respect each other. And such rights are simply not meant to be demanded or requested but rights to be responsible and requested for.

Denial of human rights

Individuals also come to know that denial of human rights or any kind of fundamental freedoms not only lead to a tragedy but it also creates a kind of condition related to the political and social unrest that can further create violence or conflict between the nations and societies.

Committees of UN System

The MUN Canada can also help one to understand different useful aspects of six major committees within the UN System. Such committees include the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the Human Rights Committee, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, the Committee against Torture and the last one is the Committee on the Rights of the Child.

Other than the above discussed aspects of UN human rights principles, individuals can also get to know several things by participating in MUN Canada. The conference serves the participants with pamphlets, instruction booklets and manuals to help the students understand different scenarios and rules related to United Nations.

Including these, one can also widen their knowledge and understanding in world affairs. Adding to it, the conference also helps the person with specific needs and information of the students or delegates participating in the MUN conference.
