Usher's 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, passed away on Saturday morning after he was taken off life support unit on which he had been since the jet-ski accident on July 8.
Usher's stepson and Tameka Foster's real son, Kyle Glover, passed away at the age of 11.
The decision to take Kyle Glover off the life-support unit was a difficult one for his family, but it was taken after the doctors had told them that Glover would never be able to recover from his injuries because he was brain dead.
The decision was extremely hard for Tameka Foster, as she was the boy's mother, and despite what everyone said, she had a strong belief that her son would make it and that he would be able to survive. However, this decision had to be taken, since the family had run out of insurance money, which was being used to finance the medical expenses.
According to a news website, Tameka Foster struggled greatly with the decision to take her son off life support. Before he was to be taken off it, she tweeted a photo of Glover and made his smiling face her profile picture.
The accident that caused Kyle Glover's death took place on the 8th of July, when Glover was on a picnic with some friends and family members. Glover was lying in an inner tube at Lake Lanier with another 15-year-old unidentified girl, when he got hit by a jet-ski. The person responsible for the accident is a 38-year-old family friend by the name of Jeffrey S. Hubbard. It is not clear yet whether Usher or Tameka will sue Hubbard for the accident.
Even though Tameka and Usher are going through a bitter divorce, Usher has been at his ex-wife's side.
