Denver shootout, inspired by Batman video games?

You wonder if the Denver shootout, broadcast to my Barnsley small radio news line, was inspired at all not just by Batman, but by video games links to him as an icon? I generally put in other articles that only this week I heard that boys in a local library computer suite were saying it was okay to get ideas you could kill from chopping heads off in computer games, etc....

Is this shootout linked to similar? They do say that computer games and fantasies cause people to kill? There are some new staff in Doncaster library now, where day of Casey murder some lads said they were about to kick each others' heads in. Ten minutes ago I heard sick jokes about someone calling police and killing, latter from rough male clients as they went out joking about someone coming in late to afternoon shift. These things are ending in police action indeed in places like Denver. It is to be hoped it stops.
