On Saturday, a fatal head-on collision left Shelly Scobbie dead; the 31-year-old mother of four died instantly, leaving three children trapped inside the wrecked vehicle. The incident occurred in Perth, Australia; right before the eyes of Shelly’s husband Jamie who was travelling in another vehicle ahead.
Shelly had moved from Scotland just last year; with dreams of starting a new life in Australia. However, Saturday’s tragic accident ruined Shelly and her entire family’s future plans as the mother of four children was killed in the said road crash.
Jamie, the 31-year-old victim’s Glasgow-born husband witnessed the entire event with his own eyes as he drove ahead of Shelly’s car, alone. Shelly Scobbie and three out of her total four children were traveling in a Hyundai Lantra.
The tragedy occurred in Perth’s Henley Brook vicinity in Western Australia when all of a sudden; Shelly’s vehicle smashed into a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser. The impact of head-on collision left the poor woman dead at the scene while her children badly trapped inside the wreckage of the Hyundai.
Emergency workers struggled to rescue the youngsters out of the crushed vehicle following which; they were rushed to a hospital. Originally from Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Shelly was kind of a ‘loved-by-all’ person, said family members.
Meanwhile, it was not immediately told whether who among the four boys; was the lucky survivor and why he was not with the rest of the family; at the time of accident. The boys’ names are: Findley, Cameron, Callum and Connor.
Further, a crash investigation is underway by the Australian police.
