Nitya Prakash, the author of two bestselling novels ‘Dear, I Hate you’ (2011) and ‘R.I.P. In the name of Love’ (2012) has come up with his third book titled ‘Little LuckNow’ which deals with this intriguing-yet-interesting concept. The story is told from the perspective of its protagonist, Kapil, an eleven-year-old school boy who finds himself going through the phase of love. “What he feels when he falls in love?” is the theme of the novel. The book is a journey through Kapil’s mind when he tries to decipher from the meaning of the strange emotion that can make people do the most irrational things and stage it like a natural action. The emotion that leaves everyone mystified to the core. It is a deep, clear, and intensifying insight towards the sensation that can conquer whole universe. There happens to be very thin line between being thrilled and being terrified, when a child falls in love. There is sheer chance of predictability in the process. The novel is based at the city of Nawabs, Lucknow.
‘Little Lucknow’ is scheduled to launch on 25th July, 2012 in a grand launch ceremony at Vesta Maurya Palace, Jaipur. Being published by Parlance Publishers, Jaipur, it is the third venture of Nitya Prakash and first book to be launched by Parlance. At present, Nitya is busy writing the screenplays for movie production houses in Hollywood and Bollywood. Nitya Prakash is also known for directing small advertisements on social issues.
