After the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Republicans have worked extra hard at chipping away at these rights for minorities. In a three-fold plan, they are close to achieving this goal by the end of this year as Jim Crow has been totally revived.

1. Prison System. From an Alternet article, statistics show that one in three Black men will go to jail in their lifetime. The prison system is the first step in regaining oppression of the Black race.

There are plenty of cities in the USA that remain in existence solely upon the profits of having a state prison or a federal prison within their towns. Take for example the town that I live in, which is Joliet. The only reason that Joliet is well-known is because of Stateville Prison.

The city is so renowned for being a prison town that the minor league team is called the Joliet Slammers. The logo for the team is a jailbird. The jailbird is a crow dressed in prison garb. Why is it acceptable in American culture that a jailbird is a crow? It's acceptable because the prison system is an offshoot of previous Jim Crow legislation involving segregation.

2. Voter ID laws. This statistic is absolutely ridiculous, but one out of every four Black people do not have ID's. The GOP is smart by having 30 states pass voter ID laws because that will limit how many Black people will be eligible to vote. That's important for Republicans because Blacks usually vote Democrat 90% of the time.

In most states, a state photo ID generally runs for about $10. However, there are so many people that are in poverty that they don't have the extra money to buy a state ID if they run in trouble with the law. Now, you're starting to see the connection between #1 and #2.

People live their isolated lives without realizing how poor some people really are. People really need to stop being inconsiderate slobs.

For example, there are plenty of people living in the USA that could care less about the well-being of their fellow Americans. "If they can't get an ID, then it's too bad for them." However, these muppets don't realize that they have been deceived into promoting laws from the Reconstruction Era that were implemented when Republicans were President: President Ulysses S. Grant and President Rutherford B. Hayes.

If somebody debates you for being against the voter ID laws, then tell that person that he or she has become a proponent of laws implemented in the Reconstruction Era. That's what I had to do to shutdown someone who was debating me on this topic on twitter. She was so pissed that I stated that she promoted the Reconstruction Era once again for the USA that she had to resort to name-calling because she realized how much of a douche she was to be for these voter ID laws.

3. Mitt Romney becomes President. If Romney is elected President, then there will be no hope left for the Black community. Romney would become Pres. Hoover 2.0. Romney should win because in the latest Talking Points Memo poll, 8% of African-Americans would vote for him. It has remained that percentage before and after he was booed at the annual NAACP Convention.

His Mormon faith would be the main reason why Black communities would be doomed if he became President. Mormons believe that people of color should be subordiante to Caucasians. Read the Book of Mormon if you don't think that last sentence is true. His economic policies would take away everything that was fought for in the fifties and in the sixties.
