Footage of the George Michael music video starring model Kate Moss has just been released for die-hard fans!
Moss, 38, holds a special spot in the music video donning a chic black ensemble topped off with a mousy brown, tan and cream fur coat, tossing a coin as her long hair flies about on the smoky dance floor with topless male dancers and scantily clad women surrounding her. And then there’s a gun that goes off…
The music video is entitled “White Light” and is scheduled for release on July 17, 2012. Meanwhile Michael, the 1980’s rock star from group Wham, posted a tease trailer on YouTube via his georgemofficial account entitled “George Michael – White Light (Trailer)” which offers some 24 seconds of music-less footage with Kate Moss facing George Michael in a black suit and interesting facial hair and her nifty coin toss, which ends with a loud gunshot and the words “George Michael White Light July 17.”
Reportedly, George Michael also tweeted that Kate Moss was somehow supposed to be his “saviour” in this video. Hmmm the plot thickens…
A very clever marketing move, Michael also offers a link where the single can be purchased via “Pre-order” for fans who are intrigued and just cannot wait! Ahhhh, the drama… the suspense…
