Thailand Camp Introduces Yoga Classes

Rawai, Phuket, Thailand - Yoga Classes have now been included in Thailand Camp's ever-growing list of health and fitness activities.

Trainers and instructors at the camp, commented on how students were enjoying the new classes and how they have been complimented on the programs. One said, "I've been approached and thanked after and even before instructing classes. The guest here are all very happy and enjoy getting results".

A guest at Thailand camp said, "I love staying and training here. I've come many times before and every time I return, the experience is better than the last. I truly hope to continue coming for years into the future".

The Yoga classes are run everyday and are instructed by professional Yoga teaches. Yoga is known for it's great benefits both on the body and the mind, and already guests have appreciated the results.

After a yoga class we asked one of the students her experience, she replied, "There's nothing quite like it. It's great fun during the classes and my back has finally stopped having pain for the first time in years. Truly a miracle."

Thailand Camp classes are open 7 day's per week and as the managed said, "everyone is welcome! Come and join in..."
