Egypt Parliament: President recalls dissolved assembly

President Mohamed Morsi expressed deep respect for the Constitution and appreciation of the judiciary and honorable judges of Egypt honorable he expressed his commitment to the provisions of the Egyptian judiciary and careful management of the relationship between state authorities and to prevent any clash

A statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic yesterday before leaving to Saudi Arabia, the decision No. 11 of 2012 to withdraw the decision to dissolve parliament and his return for the performance of its work and for early elections within 60 days of the new constitution and the law of elections,

The statement added that if the verdict of the Supreme Constitutional Court issued yesterday has prevented the completion of the tasks we will respect that because we are a nation of laws governed by the rule of law and respect for institutions and will be consulted with strong institutions and the Supreme Council , we will discuss the legal situation and the best way to get out of this scene in order to overcome this stage with the country and address all the issues and what may arise during the next phase and until the completion of the adoption of the new constitution On the other hand,Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei and the Under-founders of the Constitution Party called President Morsi , the strong civil power, and the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, with the participation of all nation , to declare a new constitution , and warned that the conflict will lead to the dismantling of the state, but we should have the guarantees of justice and the rights of people to have freedom.

Amr Moussa, the former Secretary General of the League of Arab States said : it is necessary to maintain the prestige of state institutions and to separate them, affirming rejection of any claims to enforce the authority of the trusteeship institution of the presidency on the judiciary, and stressed that the independence of the judiciary is the first pillar of the state law, and that it must end The current crisis reasonably preserving the authority of the Presidency, and respect for the judiciary

Morsi played well , he could not clash with the judicial authority , and the military council played fairly because again they didn't confront Morsi , they rather let the judges stand against Morsi by law. The MuslimBrotherhood were wrong when they told Morsi to return the parliament again . How could they lose authority after they fought eighty years for it? their dream came true , to rule Egypt . All play well as yet .
