
New Orleans Louisiana. New Orleans police are searching for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery that happened on Monday about 11:35am near the intersection of Humanity and Mandeville Streets in the Gentilly Terrace neighborhood.
The police report a man was walking on Mandeville Street when an automobile approached him, the passenger stepped out of the automobile showed the victim a handgun and ordered him to the ground.
The driver of the automobile then got out and proceeded to steal the victim belongings and then he and his partner returned to the automobile and sped off on Humanity Street towards Franklin Avenue.
The suspect descibed the robber as a Black man about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds.
Police described the man as having a medium brown complexion. He was seen wearing a white T shirt, denim short pants, white tennis shoes and a dark colored handgun.
