On Friday Justin Bieber stopped by CHP officers for driving more than 65 miles per hour weaving in and out of traffic on the busy 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley L.A in a reckless attempt to escape paparazzi photographers according to Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine , reports Los Angeles Times. Bieber, while driving his chrome Fisker Karma $100,000 electric sports car which looked like a silver bullet, said police told him to call 911 again if he felt threatened by the paparazzi. He found that at least three photographers were still hounding him so he called 911.
In the recording, which was obtained by radio station LA96.3FM and posted on TMZ, Bieber sounding frustrated tells the dispatcher: “Um, I have like, five cars following me,” he said. The dispatcher asks the 18-year-old star his name, and he replies: “Justin.” When she asks for his last name, he answers, “Johnson.” “They’re the ones who are driving reckless, and I’m just trying to have them not be on my tail,” Bieber said. Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine who heard the call blamed Bieber for initially giving the dispatcher a fake name, without explaining he was a celebrity being chased by photographers. Then dispatcher asked him if he wanted a highway patrol unit to stop the cars from following him, he said, "I would love that."
Officer Mike Harris said , he filed a complaint to see if any photographers will be charged with breaking California's paparazzi law, According to CNN
