Baton Rouge Louisiana. East Baton Rouge Parish prison records show Kevin Cortese, 31, of Baton Rouge who is accused of beating up his former girlfriend in her home against her desires allegedly beat her for more than four hours earlier in July has been arrested on Sunday by the Baton Rouge police.

Cortese was booked in the East Baton Rouge Prison on charges of second degree kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated second degree battery and aggravted burglarly.

The arrest warrant reports Cortese went to his former girlfriend's home, entered her home, closed the door, dragged her by her hair to her bedroom and proceeded to burn her left arm with a cigarette, beat her all over her body.

When the female victim whose name was not revealed due to privacy issues started to scream hysterically, Cortese fled her home but stole her house keys.

The arrest report says this is the fourth time Cortese has been arrested for beating up his former girlfriend with arrests in 2008, 2009 and twice in 2012.
