Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge and sister Pippa Middleton were quite comfy sitting in the Royal Box during the Gentlemen’s Singles final match between Roger Federer of Switzerland and Andy Murray of Great Britain on day thirteen of the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on July 8, 2012 in London, England.
Duchess Catherine, the former Kate Middleton, was sporting an ivory dress, which she teamed with a slightly textured white jacket and a mini handbag with a leopard print, while sister Pippa chose a pale blue and navy short-sleeved dress with a jewel neckline for the occasion.
Gill Brook, wife of the Chairman of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Philip Brook, wore a white skirt suit with a royal blue lace top.
Sitting behind them in the Royal Box were Kate’s husband Prince William’s cousins Lord Frederick Windsor and his wife Sophie Winkleman, who also wore ivory and huge pearldrop earrings, while hubby wore a navy jacket and pearl grey and navy crosshatch pattern necktie.
Lord Frederick’s parents Prince Michael of Kent and Princess Michael of Kent were sitting in front beside Gill Brook and the Middleton sisters.
On the other side of the Royal Box were British Prime Minister David Cameron, his mother Mary Cameron and First Minister of Scotland Alex Salmond behind them.
Who won the match? Well Roger Federer, of course, making this his seventeenth career Grand Slam and his seventh Wimbledon – congrats to Roger Federer! Enjoy the slideshow y’all…
