Picking Anthony Davis #1 was an absolute brainer. He is still learning the post game, but he still averaged a double-double. He broke the SEC record and the NCAA freshman record for most blocks in a season. He needs to continue to develop his post moves and to add strength. Nevertheless, his defensive presence adds at least 10 wins next season for New Orleans.
Out of all of the players in the draft, Rivers is the best at creating his own shot. He can drive to the lane, work off of pick and roll, and can step out to hit the three. He needs to work on not shooting as much (cough, ballhog, cough) and on his defense.
Miller's skills will transfer well to the NBA as being the energy that comes off of the bench. He is strong enough defensively to guard shooting guards and small forwards. He can also hit the deep three.
