Racine Closes Summer School Due To Heat

Cancun, Mexico is at 86 degrees as of 10:43 AM. Racine, Wisconsin is at 98 degrees and rising. If you want to escape the heat, any of the major cities in Mexico are currently cooler than areas around Racine, Wisconsin! You would take a vacation just to escape the heat.

For areas around the city of Racine, WI, a dry spell continues to haunt residents and businesses. Heat indexes continue to range from between 100 and 106 degrees today over Racine County, as well as nearby counties.

The chances of rain have been in the 20-30% range, however, there seems to be no relief in sight even as next week shows no promising days with rain. This may be the first time this area has ever seen 4 weeks without measurable rain fall.
