Stupid, Sexists, Racists – Demonizing White, Independent, Women Voters

Fayetteville : AR : USA | about 1 year ago

Where did ya'll go to school?

GAMP – Generally Accepted Marketing Principle – You don't piss off the person you are trying to sell to.

Wow … Democrats and Republicans are both demonstrating their public marketing skills. They, together and independently, are successfully creating a brand new voting bloc – Angry, White, Independent, Women Voters.

Gee … no useful acronym there.

Let's skip the code words. Innuendo isn't necessary. The position of both Parties, Democrats and Republicans, their surrogates and media bull spreaders, is that white, independent, women voters are stupid, sexists, racists.

Ya'll are not winning friends and influencing people – at least not in a positive way. You are ignoring the reasons why we cling to our support of Hillary Clinton because you don't like our answers.

Focus group this!

Why do you support Hillary Clinton for President? Because we think she would be the best president of the three.

Who do you think would most likely balance the budget? Hillary Clinton.

Who do you think is least likely to start a unilateral war? Hillary Clinton. McCain might. We don't know about Obama.

Whose health plans do you like the most? Hillary Clinton's. McCain doesn't have one. Obama obviously doesn't understand the concept of shared risk.

Whose energy position do you agree with the most? Hillary Clinton's. McCain is the same tired Republican horse manure. Obama is, at the very least, pandering to the greens.

Who do you think is most likely to nominate a moderate Supreme Court Justice? Hillary Clinton.

Who do you think has a better handle on women's issues? Duh.

Who would you most like to have dinner with? None of them.

OK. OK. We know Hillary Clinton isn't running for President. But … did you catch the theme here? Is the plotline obvious to you yet?

White, independent, women voters to the Democratic and Republican Parties – Do not imply again that we are stupid to support Hillary Clinton. Do not tell us we are sexists if we support Hillary Clinton. Do not call us racists if we support Hillary Clinton.

Ya'll need to stop the pejoratives and start addressing our issues and concerns. That means, contrary to both of your recent histories, you are going to have to compromise.

McCain. Palin. You need to bluntly, publicly tell us that you are not going to put a woman, or her doctor, in jail if she has an abortion. Don't mince words. If it pisses of Bay Buchanan, so be it.

Obama tell us that you are not a socialist and do not plan to redistribute wealth to the point that it takes the decimated country left by George W. Bush over the brink.

We'd also be interested in hearing how the most liberal Senator in the Senate – the guy who voted right down the party line every single time – is actually a moderate bipartisan.

Again ... did you catch the common thread here? White, independent, women voters are moderates. Hey … we're women, we believe in compromise.

You know another thing? We are generally fiscally conservative. Women are well aware of where the economic rubber hits the road – their backs.

Quite frankly, you jokers owe Hillary Clinton and white, independent women voters an apology. Please use simple, direct words. Assume we understand the meaning of “is." If you need help in understanding "bitter" we'll gladly help.

BTW: Put it in writing. Get it notarized. Don't doubt there is a trust problem here.

Do you want our vote or not? If you don't, you are on the right path. Be warned however. If you continue on in this fashion there will be a reckoning. We are your friends, neighbors, bosses, employees, classmates, wives, moms, daughters, sisters, soul mates.

Don't forget the story about a woman scorned.
