Will Obamacare a victory to encourage defeat? An Observation

Undoubtedtly, news about the U.S Spreme Court's upheld of the ObamaCare invited diverse reactions from the American people. Many welcomed the law as well as there were many who reacted against it.
Yes, it was a victory for President Obama. It strengthens state rights. The state has the right not to implement it as there were governors who expressed defiance against it. As there were governors to stand against the law, constituents who may not vote for Obama may outnumber those who will vote for Obama.
In this sense, ObamaCare is viewed as a victory to encourage defeat. The American voters will define this further on November 06.
