Australian wine producer Penfolds debuted its limited edition 2004 Kalimna Block 42 Cabernet Sauvignon priced at $168,000 for each 750ml bottle. The company released only 12 bottles of this limited edition wine for sale. The world’s most expensive 2004 Block 42 wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from a single vineyard.
Three Australian artists took the responsibilities of designing the glass bottle of the wine. The glass was designed and hand-blown by glass artist Nick Mount. The precious metal detailing was prepared by silversmith Hendrik Forster and furniture craftsman Andrew Bartlett developed the bespoke Jarrah cabinet, reported the Yahoo Finance.
