Kelly Osbourne, who’s been dealing with her brother Jack‘s MS diagnosis, had an emotional breakdown while on a flight June 19th. While it was easy to assume the worst considering her past with alcohol and drugs, Kelly opened up to Radar Online and told them that it came courtesy of the emotions she’s struggling with when it comes to her baby brother’s illness.

“I got drunk on the plane to Atlanta. It was on an empty stomach, and before I got on the plane a gentleman came up to me and asked me how my brother was doing and told me about his brother having MS and directed me towards a website.”

More info after the jump.

While she glanced through the site the man recommended, it sent Kelly through a tailspin because of the scary nature that multiple sclerosis can bring.

“It made me lose it because I’ve sat through my mother having breast cancer, my dad almost dying from a bike accident, and now it’s my brother who’s my best friend.”

While she accepts responsibility for drinking (she admits still enjoying one from time to time), she expresses that at the end of the day, she’s living life for herself.

“The way I live my life after going to rehab is not the way most people do … Yes, I still drink and I’ve always said that … I’m not using [drugs], I haven’t. I won’t. I’m not going to do that.”

Stay strong, Kelly… and know our hearts are with you and your family.
