Mayor leads by deeds
City of Tagum Mayor Rey T. Uy (in shorts) leads his city council members by carrying and loading himself 144 armchairs, 84 desks and 60 kiddie chairs to a truck bound for Solongvale Elem. School in Sulop, Davao del Sur.
