27/6, the U.S. Supreme Court officially ruled on the issue of the Arizona immigration law (referred to as SB 1070) aimed to prevent a wave of illegal immigrants from Central America and South America. Then, the states of Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina and Utah have passed similar laws. U.S. Supreme Court ruling rejected most of the terms of the new law. Specifically, there are three terms excluded are: immigrants required to bring all immigration documents; illegal immigrants find work or are employed as criminal actions, permit police arrested suspects without court warrants. Judges retain one of the key terms are: allow police to check immigration status of anyone if there is legitimate doubt. However, the Supreme Court would review the warning if it detects law SB1070 Arizona police intercepted a check someone unfairly or detain the specified time.
