The colorful lifestyle of Rajasthan has gained a lot of attention among international tourists. The culture and history of Rajasthan have fascinated so many tourists in the past.

Rajasthan portrays the unmatched royal culture of the former Rajputana. The cities of Rajasthan amaze the travelers with their historic and cultural riches. It is the largest state in India, and its capital is Jaipur. The city of Jaipur is often called the pink city because of its pink walls. The major tourist attractions in Bikaner are the Junagarh Fort, the Karni Mata Temple, the Laxmi Niwas Palace and the Lalgarh Palace. The renowned Bikaner Camel Festival is also an outstanding tourist event held annually in January.

Jaisalmer is another important city of Rajasthan, which is located deep in the Thar Desert. Also known as the Golden City, Jaisalmer is a colorful city full of many beautifully sculptured temples. The Jaisalmer Fort is the main tourist attraction which houses the Royal Palace and many Jain Temples. Mount Abu is the only hill station in Rajasthan. It also houses the Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary. It is a famous summer retreat destination for the people of Rajasthan. Here one can find so many Hindu temples.
