Agricultural land is bucking the trend of slump in other markets and continues to record increasing values. According to land valuers, global food price increases, the demand for biofuels and investments from overseas has seen the UK average land values rise from 3,000GBP an acre in 2005 to 7,000GBP an acre today and is set to continue climbing.
