Tony Parker sues Drake and Chris Brown's fight club for $20million

Eva Longoria’s ex, the NBA superstar Tony Parker is suing W.i.P Nightclub for not able to stop the fight which led to him getting glass splinter in his eye. What this fight is all about? Let me tell how it happened.

There was a heavy punch-up between hip hop stars Drake and Chris Brown (who both have dated Rihanna in the past) last week and their followers at New York nightclub W.i.P.

Both stars are said to be "cooperating" with police.

Anyway, that's how it went, the big news is that basketball player Tony Parker is now suing the club for $20million. Parker’s lawsuit asserts that the club should never have let Rihanna’s ex’es in at the same time and that the club’s security was nonchalant for allowing the fracas to happen.

The lawsuit was filed on Thursday in NY State Supreme Court against W.i.P Nightclub and both Chris Brown and Drake could included as defendants. Parker was hit by glass splinters when bottles began to fly and suffered lacerations to his cornea.

It says that the club management knew fully well that there was dispute between Drake and Brown but went on selling both groups alcohol despite the fact that most of them were intoxicated.

The reason why Parker is suing for such a massive amount is because if his eye sight is damaged it could affect his $50million contract with his team, The San Antonio Spurs. Parker is also in the Olympic French national basketball team which will be playing pretty soon.

Parker’s lawyers said that their client is waiting for the results of the police investigation and also wants to review the surveillance tape before making his decision to include Chris or Drake as defendants.
