The Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower at a height of 828 metres (2,717 ft), is seen in Dubai

Not only planning to build; but from commencement of foundations to completion in the astonishing period of three months. Compare this with current world's tallest which took five years to complete.

It will be taller than the current world's tallest The BURJ KHALIFA by 10 metres at 838 metres.

It will comprise two hundred and twenty storeys served by one hundred and four elevators.

The construction company BSB is waiting for approval from government agencies. Subject to this approval work on the foundations will commence in November with the building completed in January 2013.

The whole edifice to be constructed by the employ of pre-fabricated materials.

Rather surprisingly designed by a Dubai firm of architects.
