Baby snatcher escapes from Sydney shopping mall

The 20-odd something mother had the shock of her life when another woman tried to snatch her 15-month old baby in front of a shopping mall in Sydney.

This has been reported in nzherald.co.nz dated the 19th of June 2012.

The mother thought that had her baby safe in her shoulder sling but as she was walking towards her car inside a car park on Kellicar Road, Campbelltown this woman appeared and tried to snatch her baby.

There was a scuffle and the unidentified woman managed to escape while the mother and her child suffered bruises.

The police are searching for this woman who is described as a thin 27 to 29-yearold woman with long brown hair and Caucasian appearance and approximately 165cm tall.
